The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have extended the application deadlines for the Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) recruitment 2024. Applicants now have until October 27, 2024, to apply for undergraduate posts and until October 20, 2024, for graduate posts. This recruitment process aims to fill 11,558 vacancies, with 3,445 allocated for undergraduate positions and 8,113 for graduate positions.
To be eligible for the graduate posts, candidates need to have a graduate degree from a recognized university. Positions under this requirement include Goods Train Manager, Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, and Station Master.
For undergraduate-level positions, candidates must have passed the 12th standard from a recognized school and demonstrate typing proficiency in Hindi or English on a computer. Positions in this category include Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Trains Clerk, and Commercial cum Ticket Clerk.
